How do you use lavender oil safely?
It is primarily used for aromatherapy via diffusers, topically on skin for irritation or massage, and as a spray. Keep it away from eyes and children.
Diffusion: Dilute the oil in a water-based diffuser using 3-8 drops per half a cup of water.
Topically: Dilution with a carrier oil is absolutely key when applying to your skin as essential oils are very potent.
