SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
We value our customers and are committed to providing you with the best quality products and exceptional customer service.
Orders are generally shipped in 3 business days after your order is processed and normally take an additional 3 to 5 business days to arrive.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, during normal business hours.
Please inspect your product immediately upon its arrival. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if there is a problem with your order.
If you purchased your product at a retailer other than sonomalavender.com please contact your retailer regarding its return policy.
You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 5 days of receipt for a replacement, if available, or refund. Please contact email@example.com to arrange your product exchange or refund.
Sonoma Lavender will accept returns of unopened and unused products, within 5 days of receipt, provided the items are in re-sellable condition. For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of bath and body items or of any items which have been opened or used. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a return authorization. Shipping costs for returned non-defective goods will be the responsibility of the customer.
