SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
We value our customers and are committed to providing you with the best quality products and exceptional customer service.
Currently, we only ship within the USA.
Orders are generally shipped in 3 business days after your order is processed and normally take an additional 3 to 5 business days to arrive.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, during normal business hours.
Please inspect your product immediately upon its arrival. Please contact email@example.com if there is a problem with your order.
If you purchased your product at a retailer other than sonomalavender.com please contact your retailer regarding its return policy.
You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 5 days of receipt for a replacement, if available, or refund. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange your product exchange or refund.
Sonoma Lavender will accept returns of unopened and unused products, within 5 days of receipt, provided the items are in re-sellable condition. For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of bath and body items or of any items which have been opened or used. Please contact email@example.com to obtain a return authorization. Shipping costs for returned non-defective goods will be the responsibility of the customer.
