Warming Instructions (Cover on or off)
- Microwave: Place the product on a revolving carousel. Warm in 30-second increments. Remove, flip, and shake to distribute heat evenly. Repeat if needed, but do not exceed 1 minute of total warming time.
- Clothes Dryer: Toss the product directly into the dryer for up to 6 minutes for a quick, all-over warm-up.
Chilling Instructions
- Freezer: Place the inner insert inside a secure plastic bag and store it in the freezer for at least 30 minutes until chilled to your desired temperature.
