How to Use
- To Warm: Place the inserts in the microwave on a rotating carousel. Heat in 30-second intervals, shaking and flipping between each session. Do not exceed 1 minute total heating time for these foot inserts. Alternatively, tumble warm in your dryer for up to 6 minutes. Always check the temperature before slipping them into your covers.
- To Chill: Seal the inserts inside a plastic bag and place them in your freezer for 30 minutes or longer before use.
- To Add Scent (Optional): Add a few drops of essential oil directly onto the insert surfaces and gently massage it in before heating or cooling.
