How to Use

• To Warm: Place the insert in the microwave on a rotating carousel. Heat in 30-second intervals, shaking and flipping between each session to distribute heat evenly. Do not exceed 2 minutes total heating time. Alternatively, tumble warm in your dryer for up to 6 minutes. Always check the temperature before slipping it into your cover.
• To Chill: Seal the insert inside a plastic bag and place it in your freezer for 30 minutes or longer before use.
• To Refresh Scent: Add a few drops of our pure essential oil directly onto the insert surface and gently massage it in before heating or cooling.
