Temperature Instructions
- Warm in Microwave: Place the wrap on a revolving microwave carousel. Warm in 30-second increments, removing to flip and shake the wrap between intervals so the fill distributes evenly. Do not exceed 2 minutes of total heating time.
- Warm in Clothes Dryer: Toss the wrap directly into the dryer for up to 6 minutes on medium heat for a quick, evenly distributed fluff up.
- Chill in Freezer: Seal the wrap inside a protective plastic bag and freeze for at least 30 minutes to enjoy refreshing cold therapy for swelling or cooling down on a warm day.
Care & Maintenance
- Easy Laundering: When it's time to clean, wash the removable outer cover separately in cool water, then tumble dry on low. Note: Spot-clean the lavender insert only—do not submerge it in water.
- Refresh: Add a couple drops of our Lavender Essential Oil to the insert and massage in!
