Temperature Instructions
- Warming (Microwave): Place the wrap on a revolving carousel. Heat for 30 seconds, flip, shake to spread the warmth, and repeat. Keep total heating time under 2 minutes.
- Warming (Clothes Dryer): Tumble dry for a quick, even heat-up.
- Chilling (Freezer): Seal the wrap inside a plastic bag and place it in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
How to Refresh the Scent
Revive the calming botanical aroma over time by adding a few drops of Sonoma Lavender Essential Oil directly to the inner insert and gently massaging it in.
