Warming Instructions (Cover on or off)
- Microwave: Place the mittens on a revolving carousel. Warm for 30 seconds, remove, flip and shake to distribute heat, and warm again if needed. Do not exceed 1 minute of total warming time.
- Clothes Dryer: Toss the mittens directly into the dryer for up to 6 minutes for a quick, even warm-up.
Chilling Instructions
- Freezer: Place the mittens inside a secure plastic bag and store them in the freezer for at least 30 minutes until chilled to your desired temperature.

Over time, you can easily revive the calming aroma by applying a few drops of essential oil directly to the inner insert and gently massaging it in. We offer matching aroma refreshers in a 10ml oil bottle or a 30ml glass spray bottle.
