Warming & Cooling Instructions
• Microwave: Place the wrap on a revolving carousel. Warm in 30-second increments to your desired temperature. Do not exceed 2 minutes of total warming time.
• Clothes Dryer: Toss the wrap directly into the dryer for a quick, even warm-up.
• Freezer: Insert the wrap into a plastic bag and place it in the freezer until chilled.
