Heat in the microwave or tumble dryer, or chill in the freezer! 9" wide & 26" long and weighing approximately 2.5 pounds, the ultra-soft embossed dot cover can be removed and thrown into the wash.
Warming Options:

Microwave: Warm on a rotating carousel in 30-second increments (do not exceed 2 minute total).

Clothes Dryer: Tumble warm for up to 6 minutes. Cover may remain on during warming.
Cooling Option:

For a refreshing chill, place in a sealed plastic bag and freeze for 30 minutes or longer.
