To Warm: Microwave on a rotating carousel in 30-second intervals (shake and flip in between, do not exceed 2 minutes total). Or, tumble in a clothes dryer for 3 to 4 minutes. The cover may stay on for either method.

To Chill: Seal inside a plastic bag and place in the freezer until comfortably chilled for crisp, refreshing cold therapy.

Easy Cleaning: The ultra-soft outer cover unzips completely and can be thrown into the wash in warm water, then dried on medium heat.
